Seminarian Biography: Dave Bruener

Dave Bruener was born on May 14, 1961 to William and Dorothy Bruener in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.  Dave was baptized at St. Alexander's Church in Port Edwards, WI.  St. Alexander's is what Dave currently calls his home.

Dave attended Our Lady Queen of Heaven elementary school in Wisconsin Rapids and then attended Assumption High School also in Wisconsin Rapids.

After attending University of Wisconsin-Steven's Point (receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree) and Mid-State Technical College specializing in Auto Mechanics, Dave worked for James Bruener Timber Products, Inc. in Port Edwards for over seventeen years.

Dave is currently a first year theologian at Mundelein Seminary.  He graduated from the Mundelein pre-theologate in 2008 and will graduate from the theologate in 2012.

Dave's secular interests include motorsports, cars, and karate/martial arts.
