Seminarian Biography: Paul Hoffman

Paul Hoffman was born on March 9, 1948 in Minneapolis, MN and baptized at St. Charles Borromeo Church also in Minneapolis.  After attending St. Charles Borromeo and the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary elementary schools, Paul attended Benilde High School in St. Louis Park, MN graduating in 1966.

After attending the University of Minnesota where Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, he worked for the Daimler-Chrysler Corporation from where he is now retired.

Paul is currently a third year theologian at Blessed John XXIII National Seminary.  Paul's ecclesiastical interests include Bible study and RCIA programs.  Paul's secular interests include auto racing and astronomy.

When asked about his favorite books, Paul states that he likes a wide-variety of non-fiction.  Paul's favorite music genres include liturgical music as well as jazz.
